Each of the The Visige Group's principals and consultants have 20-30 years of business and advisory experience. Our principals and consultants have held leadership positions in and have designed and managed change for a variety of business areas. We leverage our leadership experience, analytical abilities, and interpersonal skills to help you resolve complex business issues and achieve your objectives.

Ruth Ann Meek - Principal - Ruth Ann has over 30 years of experience in the oil & gas industry and has worked in a variety of functional areas including Operations, Land & Land Administration, Finance & Accounting and Strategic Planning. Ruth Ann has managed both small and large organizations at a variety of energy companies including ConocoPhillips, Burlington Resources, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Union Pacific Resources, Vastar Resources, and ARCO Oil & Gas. She has held numerous executive level positions and has provided leadership for a variety of functional areas including Start-up and Transition Operations, High Profile Special Projects and Mergers and Acquisitions. Ruth Ann is known for successfully facilitating and implementing organizational change and providing project management expertise on large projects.

Ruth Ann earned a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Dallas and Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Krystal Fish - Principal - Krystal has over 20 years of experience in the oil & gas industry in both strategic and tactical roles, and has worked in a range of functional areas including Finance, Operations, Information Services & Technology, and Strategic Planning. Krystal has filled key leadership roles in a variety of organizations including ConocoPhillips, Burlington Resources, and Ernst & Young. She has played an integral part in the successful completion of numerous highly challenging cross-functional process and technology projects, as well as launching several new organizations, developing ground-up structure, processes, and objectives. Through application of strategic vision and practical business knowledge, she is able to target issues and help develop sustainable solutions. Her strengths in planning and facilitation of change are essential to transforming an organization.

Krystal earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Karl Meek - Principal - Karl has over 30 years of experience in the defense, telecommunications and construction industries with expertise in project management and the financial administration for multi-million dollar programs. He has developed a unique level of knowledge and understanding of special operational methods, industry practices, and regulatory guidelines used in both public and private sector industry environments. For most of his professional career he has successfully managed the completion of high profile projects for various companies requiring the development of project specifications, acquisition and management of resources, engagement of staff to carry out projects and the active communication of results to stakeholders.

Karl earned a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Dallas and Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
